What I learned through my first game release
Today I refactored base modules for Godot. I worked on audio, loading scene, data saving, transitions and more.
I've not decided what is the next game will be. I have some ideas, but I think that those ideas similar to other game.
Or I have maind that developing basic game likes STG or else.
Either way, I will release next game in early May.

Today I had a day of it. I wanted to refactor my Godot modules. But I could't understand those sources and comments that I wrote completely careful (maybe...).
I'could't memorize and remember somethings today.
I don't know how should I do in occuering it. So ... I chose sleeping. And then I will sleep one more time.
Wait! I would like to say that I've done small update at least! Just it today.

Today I went to Chiba Prefecture to eat yummy lunch with my friend.
Meeting to him have't been for 2 years.
Eating Sashimi was great. In particular, the Tuna was the best taste. Of cource other Sashimi of Salmon, Yellowtail, Sea Bream and Squid were as well!
What's interesting is that there is the restaurant at inland rather than seaside. I've never known that good seafood restaurant is not that only seaside.
I thought He has sixth sense of just find out good place.
Anyway, I had a good day with good food and nice friend.

PS: I will update "Pigeon Panic at the Bakery" tomorrow. It's fixing performance and a little bug.
Today I deployed new design site here. I'v developed template this site with 11ty for few days. It's been better than before, Isn’t it?
There are old articles in "Journal" navigation and you can choose category from 3 options. Now (2026/4/11), only the "Diary" category just exist.

Yesterday, I could't good sleep. Because I was curious about how the game was doing
I lost my tension When I checked project's dashboard in itch.io this morning.
I was too much worried about how many playing this game, and is this project successful.
Thinking that they would play my immature game without announcements and connections was worng to assume looking back now.
By the way, stats of project were 8 views and 5 plaing in 2 days...😇
What is a tough world!
But I got many experiences, for example managing assets, code design, pripearing release and more. Those things help me next project probably.
Ofcource I'm keep going this activities!
From now, I plan to major renovate this site. It will be definitely better.

The progress of gamedev was more than 80% today.
After then, I created `itch.io` account and test uploaded it.
Playing was good ! But Debug logs scrolling in Chrome's Developer tool. Because forgot to erase debug print .
I have seem to get little tasks...
I think release this game tomorrow, If I can.

It has been six days later.
I thought that the progess in that day had been 70%.
And I think that the progess now is still 70%.
Of course, Everyday I working on gamedev as you know.
What the happened ! It looks like something ... The Backrooms.
I'm starting to get confused about difficulty setting. So I will relese the game when the progress reachs to 80%.
